The Driveway: A WORK IN PROGRESS

This was after one of the first times we poured cement....getting ready for another section.

This is HARD work!!

This one and the next few pictures are ones I took today.........

Ready to pour some more!

Looking at the house from the other side of the driveway....

These views are taken at the house, looking across to the cars

Well, there you have it..........Tuesday it will look even better........and Dad keeps adding more rock walls. I will be glad to be able to drive across again. I have to take a flashlight with me to seminary in the mornings so I can see to cross......as it is still dark outside at 6 am.

I am sure the next time anyone sees it, it will be all finished.....PHEW!!!

oh my WORD! I'm not going to even recognize the place any more!! Seeing the addition STILL wierds me out! Is it all finished inside? The driveway looks AWESOME! Did I see Dad doing that all by HAND? With the cement buckets like he did the rock walls?!?! It looks so good! I miss home!

Good eye, Samuel!!! I was wondering if anyone would notice that. Yep...Stephen got sick of not being able to open the back end and having it rattle constantly, so he switched them out. I don't think he cares if it is part blue and part red....just makes it more unique!! Important thing is that it is not so noisy now!!
