Happy Birthday Jacob!!
If I had any pictures of Jake as a kid, I would have posted them, but I don't so this is what you get. These posts are a little late, but my brain does not work very well right now. So you will just have to do with some late wishes.........both Seth and Jake. Hope your birthdays were good ones!!!
